We carefully pack your orders to minimise the risk of damage. However, please note that we do not provide cover for loss or damage during transit. Cloud 9 Maternity cannot be held liable for any form of damage during the delivery process.

Delivery Times
We will despatch your item(s) within one business day of receiving your order, and you will be notified when the order has left our store, along with a tracking number. We use various carriers to transport your item(s), and will select the most appropriate depending upon the size of the delivery and the destination.
Delivery times vary depending upon destination and may take longer than expected during busy times, such as Christmas. However, we would expect shipping times to be no longer than 3 to 5 days to an East coast capital city, and 7 to 12 days to Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart, and regional towns and cities. Remote areas may take longer.
I'm afraid we presently only ship within Australia. We do not ship to overseas.
