Click & Collect

This is how Click & Collect works

If you live close to the Cloud 9 Maternity store in Albury, NSW, you have the option to select and pay for your items using Afterpay, Paypal, credit or debit card on the cloud9maternity website, then drop in and collect them from the store.

During the Checkout process, please select Pick Up as the shipping method.

If you order during normal store opening hours, your items will be ready for collection from Cloud 9 Maternity 4 hours from completing your on-line purchase. If you order outside of normal store opening hours, your items will be ready for collection 4 hours after the store next opens. Please refer to our Store Hours for opening times.

If preferred, you can nominate a collection day and time by adding a note to Instructions during check-out.

As part of the purchasing process you will be emailed your order details. Please print this out and bring along to the store, or show us your order details on your phone. Unfortunately we are not able to release purchases unless you have a proof of purchase.
